Today i am here to talk a short bit about The Younique Foundation (Not the stuff you put on your face)
Anyway back in December 2014 Younique organised a foundation which helps adult women that suffered from childhood sexual abuse. they set up a 4 day retreat which doesn't cost a penny food and services are also all free of cost, where they are uplifted by each other and learn skills that can help them find individual healing. they educate the parents to protect their children from sexual abuse while leading a public dialogue to bring the epidemic of abuse to light.
The Younique foundation retreat offers the following...
Education sessions that help survivors understand how the abuse trauma impacts them both physically and emotionally. A system that helps survivors know how to heal from the abuse trauma and overcome self-defeating or unhealthy behaviors. The system includes activities that participants complete. Pampering services that help participants relax and unwind. These may include things like facials, salon services, etc. physical activities such as yoga and self defense classes.
One of the main purposes of creating Younique cosmetics was to be able to fund the foundation! Younique Products mission is to Uplift, Empower, and Validate women everywhere!
