Splurge cream shadow...

There are 12 beautiful shades to choose from every shade just makes your eyes pop they look so elegant and sexy. When they are applied it feels so soft and light not like other eye makeup where it feels so caked on and heavy. They are chemical free and cruelty free too so how amazing is that!

My anxiety story and how Younique has helped...

Hello,

Today is more of a personal blog rather than talking about Younique products, but still does contain Younique goodness! 

Anyway back in 2012 when I left school I was outgoing, loud, drinking all the time just a normal teenager really then something changed. Suddenly I became more quite and more keeping myself to myself. I lost all my friends and stopped going out I felt as if my life was over! 

I then ended up on ESA (employment support allowance which is where I become signed of from work because I'm not fit for work which I hated I wanted to be able to earn my own money I wanted a reason to get up in the morning I wanted to be normal.

One night I was scrolling through Facebook and I saw a post "add as many people to my group and you will win a 3D fibre lash mascara" I was thinking well why not! So I did it I added my whole friends list and won I was so happy and chuffed and super excited to be able to see what the fuss was about with this mascara. Few days later I received my mascara tried it and was honestly amazed!! I got speaking to Elle (the competition host) and she started telling me about her Younique business I was so intrigued by this! So I saved up and joined.....

BEST DESISION OF MY LIFE!

Ever since joining I have made lifelong friends including my first teamie Charlotte she was also my first customer I met her with her order IN PERSON and for someone with social anxiety that's big so I was already making big changes only a few days in, 

my confidence is so much better now! And I now have my reason to get up in the morning to run my business and get my sales in and hire more teamies to get my company growing I LOVE IT! I feel like a new women.

So if anyone reading this has anxiety or even if you don't and your not to sure about joining DO IT what's there to lose....?

I love my job and I love the new me! I'm not 100% cured like I couldn't go out and make a speech but im getting there and all because I took that chance! 

I'll finish this blog saying "Do what makes you happy" just take chances if they work out then great if not then oh well carry on searching!

The Younique foundation...

Hello :)

Today i am here to talk a short bit about The Younique Foundation  (Not the stuff you put on your face)

Anyway back in December 2014 Younique organised a  foundation which helps adult women that suffered from childhood sexual abuse. they set up a 4 day retreat which doesn't cost a penny food and services are also all free of cost, where they are uplifted by each other and learn skills that can help them find individual healing. they educate the parents to protect their children from sexual abuse while leading a public dialogue to bring the epidemic of abuse to light.

The Younique foundation retreat offers the following...

Education sessions that help survivors understand how the abuse trauma impacts them both physically and emotionally. A system that helps survivors know how to heal from the abuse trauma and overcome self-defeating or unhealthy behaviors.  The system includes activities that participants complete. Pampering services that help participants relax and unwind. These may include things like facials, salon services, etc. physical activities such as yoga and self defense classes. 

One of the main purposes of creating Younique cosmetics was to be able to fund the foundation!  Younique Products mission is to Uplift, Empower, and Validate women everywhere!

Moodstruck Addiction Shadow Pallete...

Hello makeup lovers....

Today i will be telling you all about the Addiction shadow palettes.

There are 3 palettes to choose from all have 7 AMAZING colors inside. Even a large mirror for on the go use. These eye shadows are crease resistant, fade resistant also long lasting and build able colors. what more could you want in an eye shadow?

these palettes are great for going out or even just staying in for that glamorous look. super easy to apply you don't have to be a makeup artist to be able to apply eye shadow just pick a color and off you go!
there are no rules on how to apply your eye shadow you can build as much as you want you can mix colors and even if you just want one color it will still look like you have spent hours on just your eyes, you will feel 1 million dollars!
some eye shadows look great in the palette but then very little color gets onto the eyelid, well our shadows are super pigmented and the colors transfer just as it looks in the palette. i will leave pictures below of what they look like applied.

Not only can you use these palettes for your eyelids but i also use them on my lips, which i no your probably thinking WHAT THE HELL IS SHE ON ABOUT!? but i wore my Younique upscale lipstick and applied the color Brassy from palette 1 over the top and it looked GORGEOUS! gave my lips such a nice gold shimmer.

I joined Younique on the 17th of September which isn't to long ago and it was the best decision i had made!
I had been looking and reading up about Younique for a while as i had seen it everywhere and i was a little bit wary about joining due to...
1. so many people were doing it
2. i have never sold anything in my life i would be useless
3. i had not a penny to my name.

Then i got talking to my sponsor Elle and the girls and they let me no that it doesn't matter if so many women do it as there is a whole world out there to explore everyone is using the internet you can advertise worldwide not just your friends/family.
also it doesn't matter that i had never sold anything it doesn't take a lot you just take a picture of yourself wearing some makeup or get a picture of google tell people about the picture and that's it! you can take videos or write blogs like me and that's all it involves nothing that takes a lot of training but even if you did need help everyone is happy to help we are all aiming for the same goals so are all here to help.
The starter kit fee may seem a lot but for what you get its nothing! you can earn that money back straight away it took me a while to get the £69 but it is so worth it i cannot express that enough!

I had terrible social anxiety before i joined not that its now magically cured because its not but the girls have all just made me full of so much confidence and just gave me a purpose in life i feel so much stronger than i was before now i actually have a smile on my face.

because this is a work from home job you are your own boss you work around your life have days off whenever you like its literally your own business so you just do it when you like you are in charge! put as much effort in as you like.

I have made so many life long friends from this experience and gained so much more confidence now i honestly feel like a new women!
i must admit and the start its hard as your just starting up but as you get going its just so easy and you feel so good about yourself when you achieve the promotions some girls quit there full time jobs to do Younique when they start earning enough it is honestly amazing!
